Day 2 Keep on Keeping on

Day 2 still in motivation mode helped the hunny bring in some wood fences to back yard that had to burn a few calories right? Then playdate at the park just finished dinner made stuffed peppers with ground chicken they came out awesome hoping to get to the gym that's the bad part tired now :P

I did it got my lazy butt up and went to the gym I ran 2 mile intervals and faster than yesterday because my knee felt better even did some leg work on the machines so good for me ...

Having some friends over for a bbq 2morrow I will have a burger and corn on the cob and some salad that should be fine just gotta stay away from the chips really nasty headache last night caffenine withdrawal I'm sure...better today and still no soda got some fresh lemons and my seltzer definetly a good alternate for me goodnight

Day One...back to the gym

How the hell did that happen? I had lost a total of 60lbs and have kept it off until now this year was rough...It was very stressful I had two surgeries and stopped exercising and in being so stressed and starting peri-menopause I have developed anxiety lucky me which made it very stressful in busy places so even after I could exercise I was nervous going to the gym well anyway, there were other factors at my thinnest I was able to get down to 155lbs. my goal weight at ww is 173lbs. I am comfortable with that I am 5'10" at that weight I wear a size ten and don't feel like I am killing myself to stay there.. slowly but, surely I noticed my clothes feeling tighter and tighter well, summer vacay rolled around and you guessed it nothing fit I had gotten rid of all my "fat" clothes and had to go shopping for some capri's guess what size 14 omg...scale 208lbs.

So here we are day one I finally have my anxiety somewhat under control thanks to meds (another factor for weight gain) I have started my diet and went to the gym today I ran 1 mile in intervals at 5.0 mph my fastest (my knee hurts probably due to all this extra weight :P )and I did the stairmaster for about 7minutes before starting to feel out of breath and nauseous. It's ok day 1 and I did do something wish me luck my goal is to get down to 165lbs. more if I can.. wish me luck on my journey

also gonna dry to give up soda and French fries for awhile the fries not so bad giving up diet soda is gonna be rough
